This classic home built in 1905 underwent a complete renovation in cooperation with the Winter Park Historic Preservation board. Every detail was chosen to represent a Florida “Cracker” house, while smart home technologies and energy efficiencies were implemented. The home’s 300-year-old camphor tree was protected throughout the construction.
Winner of the 2022 Parade of Homes – First Place and Grand Award.

Our goal was to maintain the home’s historical elements while substantially increasing the square footage, incorporating the newest products, integrating contemporary technology, and improving energy efficiency.
Finishing touches outside the home included a new pool, spa, hardscape, and landscape. Refurbished and replicated original ironwork, and new brickwork, complete the exterior redesign.
This home was large but chopped up and “Old-World ornate.” The family opted for a major renovation to open up the floor plan and create a contemporary aesthetic that suits their busy family. See the full story on the TV show, Ready, Set, Renovate!

A first place winner in the 2020 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase, this timeless 1950’s Country French Estate had classic style but the floor plan was chopped up and the interior was dark and dated. Our team gutted the home to the studs, reconfigured the floor plan, raised the ceilings and added 2,000 sf. The elegant French style was skillfully brought back to life honoring the heritage but bringing it into the present with all the modern amenities and adding exquisite interior details and finishes.

A new entertainment room wing was added to the front — creating symmetry and capitalizing on the view. The interior floor plan was reconfigured, allowing for a luxurious master bath, larger gourmet kitchen, and dining area. In the back of the home, an expansive great room was added, adjacent to a new outdoor living area.

A whole-home renovation with additions transformed this typical ranch home into a stunning lakefront show house. Extensive use of natural elements such as stone, waterfalls, custom woodwork, and iron create the warmth and elegance the family desired for everyday living and entertaining.
This 1930s lakefront home was in need of a total renovation, which required undoing years of previous unsuccessful additions. The client’s wish was to maintain the classic charm while bringing it into the present with modern amenities and finishes. The stunning results earned a first-place award in the 2015 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase.
An outdoor living area was created in an empty back yard in need of privacy. Designed to tie into the existing Mediterranean home, it boasts a summer kitchen, bar, pool, spa, fountains, pergola, new hardscape and landscape. Built on a 50-foot lot, this retreat maximizes every bit of space. A Parade of Homes 1st Place and Grand Aurora award winner.
