The New American Remodel

Honoring tradition.
Built for the future.

The original home dates back to the 1930s. The project sits on a large lot in the Rose Isle/Beverly Shores neighborhood north of downtown Orlando, near Winter Park.

Our goal was to maintain the home’s historical elements while substantially increasing the square footage, incorporating the newest products, integrating contemporary technology, and improving energy efficiency.

Renovations included opening up existing rooms to allow for better traffic flow and adding new spaces that included: a modern gourmet kitchen, family room, large covered porch/outdoor living area, summer kitchen, gallery, master suite, garage, laundry room, and bonus room with an elevator. All air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems were replaced while we simultaneously added smart home technology, new windows, doors, and flooring.

Finishing touches outside the home included a new pool, spa, hardscape, and landscape. Refurbished and replicated original ironwork, and new brickwork, complete the exterior redesign.
