Building methods, materials, and technologies have evolved considerably in Central Florida over the past 100 years. That is why experience is crucial for builders who tackle both new custom construction and large-scale renovation projects
By having an intimate familiarity with each era, the team from Farina & Sons is able to reverse the damage commonly done to local homes during previous remodels and additions. Renovations and additions are designed with an eye for keeping updates consistent with the surrounding neighborhood. Victor Farina and his staff know how to achieve the desired livability by integrating 21st Century technology and amenities into a home while retaining its original charm and character.

“A home is a major investment – we work hard to ensure each client loves their home and has an exceptional experience with our company before, during and after their project is completed. Our goal is to create beautiful homes and build long-lasting relationships with every homeowner.”
As a family-owned business with a long-standing reputation for quality and excellence, Farina & Sons clings tightly to a set of values that drive every decision. From large new construction projects and whole-home remodels to historic renovations, we never lose sight of our responsibility to oversee and manage all aspects of your project from start to finish.
Our project management methodology centers on a team approach comprising the homeowner, project manager, and supervisors. As the builder, we are also your advisor, consultant, and advocate, working hand-in-hand with select architects and designers. From design through construction, we provide crystal-clear communication and keep the homeowner apprised of status through weekly on-site meetings.
Everyone on the team embraces collaboration, communication, accountability, and financial transparency. Those core tenets of our philosophy enable Farina & Sons to deliver all projects within budget and on time.
But our commitment doesn’t end after we put the finishing touches on a home and the owners settle in. We’re always available for follow-up, questions, and maintenance consultation.
Collectively, our team approach and philosophy help us create long-term relationships that make Farina & Sons the builder of choice for multiple generations of discerning Central Florida families in the most desired neighborhoods.
For more than 70 years, Farina & Sons has been committed to serving Central Florida with loyalty and excellence. Fueled by the pride of knowing that clients become part of our family, we will continue providing quality service for years to come.
