This 1930s lakefront home was in need of a total renovation, which required undoing years of previous unsuccessful additions. The client’s wish was to maintain the classic charm while bringing it into the present with modern amenities and finishes. The stunning results earned a first-place award in the 2015 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase.

A total renovation with several additions transformed a dark, non-descript home into a gorgeous Mediterranean estate. Years later, the homeowners again entrusted Farina & Sons to build their new custom home when they decided to relocate closer to downtown Orlando. This home is a Parade of Homes 1st place winner and Grand Award recipient.
