A first place winner in the 2020 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase, this timeless 1950’s Country French Estate had classic style but the floor plan was chopped up and the interior was dark and dated. Our team gutted the home to the studs, reconfigured the floor plan, raised the ceilings and added 2,000 sf. The elegant French style was skillfully brought back to life honoring the heritage but bringing it into the present with all the modern amenities and adding exquisite interior details and finishes.

Determined to combine family history with up-to-date features, the couple renovated the current space and added a master suite, garage, and back porch with summer kitchen, while maintaining a compatible style with the surrounding neighborhood.
