Our project management methodology centers on a team approach comprising the homeowner, project manager, and supervisors. As the builder, we are also your advisor, consultant, and advocate, working hand-in-hand with select architects and designers. From design through construction, we provide crystal-clear communication and keep the homeowner apprised of status through weekly on-site meetings.
Everyone on the team embraces collaboration, communication, accountability, and financial transparency. Those core tenets of our philosophy enable Farina & Sons to deliver all projects within budget and on time.
But our commitment doesn’t end after we put the finishing touches on a home and the owners settle in. We’re always available for follow-up, questions, and maintenance consultation.

Victor joined the company full time in 1975. He took on the senior leadership role in 1980 with the support and assistance of his father. Victor’s wife, Caron, also works for Farina & Sons. Together they have three beautiful children, Tori, Paul, and Jason.

Caron joined Farina & Sons in 1993. Her core responsibilities include managing the company’s advertising, brochures, website, and photography. Caron and Victor have been happily married since 1988.

Tina secures the company’s building permits and is likely the friendly voice you hear when calling the office. She joined us in 2019 and is a talented multitasker who keeps our office running smoothly. Outside of work, Tina enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Mackenzie joined our team in 2018. She supports the company’s supervisors in the field, while also communicating with clients to help projects move along smoothly. In her free time, she is involved in fitness, coaching girls’ lacrosse, and getting as much beach time as possible.

Bryan is the son of Wayne and a skilled carpenter who started at Farina & Sons in 1995. The father-son pair is originally from Michigan. Bryan has extensive knowledge on all aspects of the construction industry and in his free time he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Paul is the oldest son of Victor and Caron. Having been around the business since birth, he has years of experience and an eye for detail. Paul graduated from Rollins College and joined Farina & Sons in 2022. In his free time he enjoys music, photography, and camping.

Craig has been a valuable member of the Farina & Sons team since 2004. He’s known for providing the utmost care to homes and clients, and his attention to detail is truly unrivaled. His hobby is tending to his garden.

Wayne is a talented carpenter who joined Farina & Sons in 1995. He’s the father of Bryan, who also works for the company. In his free time, Wayne enjoys carpentry so much that he built his own extraordinary log house.

“Big David” began at Farina & Sons in 2004. He can always be depended upon to accomplish the ‘tough tasks’ due to his impressive strength and knowledge of all phases of construction. In his free time, David loves windsurfing and photography.

Jude has been in construction for over 30 years with a “born to build” attitude on every project and joined Farina and Sons in 2023. He specifically enjoys building custom homes and taking the project to completion. When not building he enjoys bowling, fishing and riding motorcycles both on and off-road.

Farina & Sons has been a proud member of the Master Custom Builder Council since 1990, and Victor is a two-time MCBC Builder of the Year and past president.

The Master Custom Builder Council is a Central Florida Organization pledged to maintain the highest professional standards in the home building industry. Membership in the MCBC requires an invitation and rigorous application process. The MCBC represents the area’s leading home builders, specializing in custom homes and custom remodels. MCBC builders dedicate themselves to giving back to the community and using their craft to help make Central Florida an incredible place to live.
