In 1975 Victor joined Farina & Sons full-time. Only a few years later, in 1980, he took over the business alongside his father who supported him through it all. Victor’s wife, Caron, also works for Farina & Sons. Together they have three beautiful children, Tori, Paul and Jason.
Caron joined Farina & Sons in 1993. Her core responsibilities include leading the media communications for The New American Remodel 2018, overseeing the Parade of Homes, advertising, and working on the company’s brochures, website and photography. Caron and Victor have been happily married since 1988.
Jill secures the company’s building permits, and is likely the kind voice you hear when calling the office. She’s been a part of the team since 2011 and is a renowned multitasker. Out of the office, Jill is involved in choir and loves gardening and spending time with her family.
Karen is the company’s bookkeeper extraordinaire who is meticulous about financial details and staying organized. After retiring briefly, Karen returned to Farina & Sons in 2014. Her favorite hobbies are traveling with husband, caring for their beloved dogs, and cheering on the Orlando Magic.
Lizy is Farina & Son’s youngest and newest addition to the team. She supports the company’s supervisors in the field, while also communicating with clients to help projects move along smoothly. Since joining, she fit right in. Lizy enjoys meditation, yoga and relaxing at the beach.
Bryan is the son of Wayne and a skilled carpenter that started at Farina & Sons in 2001. The father-son pair is originally from Michigan. Bryan has extensive knowledge on all aspects of the construction industry and in his free time he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Craig has been a valuable member of the Farina & Sons team since 2006. He’s known for providing the utmost care to homes and clients, and his attention to detail is truly unrivaled. His hobby is tending to his garden.
Wayne is a talented carpenter that joined the Farina & Sons team in 2001. He’s the father of Bryan, who also works for the company. Wayne enjoys carpentry in his free time, so much so that he built his own extraordinary log house.
Robbie is Farina & Son’s brilliant trim carpenter that began in 1999. He has the ability to design and craft almost anything on-site. When he isn’t working, his passion is caring for his horses.
“Big David” began at Farina & Sons in 2004. He can always be depended on to accomplish the ‘tough tasks’ due to his impressive strength and knowledge of demolition and construction. David loves to surf in his free time.
