1950s Spanish Renovation

A large-scale renovation with additions was completed on this 1950s Spanish-style home. A new entertainment room wing was added to the front — creating symmetry and capitalizing on the view. The interior floor plan was reconfigured, allowing for a luxurious master bath, larger gourmet kitchen, and dining area. In the back of the home, an expansive great room was added, adjacent to a new outdoor living area.
